Introduction

A new sustainable community for south-east Northampton

Catesby Estates is pleased to present emerging plans for Hardingstone Rise – a sustainably located new neighbourhood of around 1,000 new homes to the south-east of Northampton.

Situated to the north of Newport Pagnell Road and forming a natural extension to existing developments near Hardingstone, this site is well connected to employment, green space and Northampton town centre.

Our vision is to create a well-designed neighbourhood that feels part of the local area – with homes for different needs, new green spaces for people and wildlife and support for local schools, roads and local services. This includes new walking and cycling routes, land for a new two form entry primary school, allotments and large areas of public open space for everyone to enjoy.

We’re planning new homes in a way that respects the local area – keeping a clear boundary between town and countryside and protecting the character of nearby villages.
